This session is designed to meet the needs of clients experiencing either chronic or acute pain/discomfort. This is an interactive work, using some conversation and client participation to achieve optimal results. Techniques drawn upon may include: Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Repetitive Use Injury Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Stretching, Acupressure and Breath Work.

Both receive a 60 minute massage in the same room. Essential Oil of Rose is blended into the massage oil and warmed prior to application with swedish, acupressure and firm strokes. Rose water soaked warm towels are applied to the face for a unique experience of emersion into the realm of sublime scents. The body is misted gently with Rose Water.

40 minute session including a delightful foot soak in hot salted water with essential oils. Recline in the zero gravity chair while nestled under cozy blanket with flax seed pillow covering and comforting your eyes. Feet are gently yet firmly and expertly stroked with specific techniques to release held toxins and tension in the feet and lower legs. You will be walking on air at the end of the session.

Brown sugar is delicately mixed with warm olive oil and an essential oil(aromatherapy). The body part is gently exfoliated with the mixture using slow, rolling strokes. The outer mantle of dead, dry skin is removed to reveal a soft radiance of the skin. Deeply relaxing and a wonderful addition to any service.

A fragrant essential oil, warm grapeseed oil and sea salt are combined to create a wonderful mixture that helps the body release
metabolic waste from within and rough skin mantle without. This is applied slowly and methodically to induce a deeply relaxed state for the recipient. The body is left soft and glowing. Add to any service for a total experience of letting go.

Wonderful scents, textures and techniques are applied to the face, neck and decolette with intermittent periods of 'resting'. A nice add on service to ease the dry chapped hands caused by our midwest winters. Hands are dipped in a warm herbal paraffin bath, then double bundled to hold in the healing properties of the paraffin. After it cools and is removed, the hands are immersed in a luxurious moisterizer to lock in the benefits of the treatment.

Oh what fun! Playing in the mud! This rich and healing mud mixture is applied gently to the body. The properties of the mud are healing and supportive. Post session, the mud is easily removed.
